Amber Woodard is Obesity Surgery Specialists' director of Nutrition and Diabetes Services for our Groves program. She completed both her Bachelors and Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a concentration in Nutrition and Dietetics, from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. |

Kim Dixon
Office Manager
Kim is our Office Manager at OSS in Groves and is responsible for over-seeing our patients' process through every step towards a new life. She has over 8 years experience in the healthcare industry and 9 in bariatrics. Kim gives patients the support and encouragement they need to make their weight loss surgery a success. She is also an OSS patient herself, and can relate well to others who are beginning their weight loss journey, providing them with compassion and education not only based on training but experience as well. |

Heather Ripley
Insurance Coordinator
Heather is the Insurance Coordinator for OSS Groves. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 8 years, 2 of which have been in bariatrics. She coordinates closely between the hospital and the patients to assure all pre- and post-op surgeries are scheduled in an efficient and timely manner, as well as helping to guide patients through the insurance process.
